"Dancing with objects" is a mix of flow arts and intuitive dance. During the workshop, several exercises will be given to consciously move through space, sink into the body, and connect with the object and with the group. Objects to choose from will be available but participants are very welcome to bring their own.
Examples: scarf, ball, stick, hoop, hat, ... you name it. Preferably something not too heavy and that can be moved around comfortably. You can also bring several and then choose what you feel most comfortable with.
