Flow arts allows you to sink into your body, slow down, and unwind for a while.
It is a beautiful way to develop spatial awareness and to learn to move freely and with joy.
Nixie Flow and MizkaoZ have been performing with multiple props, of which palm torches, for multiple years. During this intensive, they will deeply cover how to fuse dance and fire in a tutting style. Explore tribal fusion fundamentals with visually geometric arm work and hand patterns.
We will weave these concepts into a group palm torch choreography, which can be practiced with fire in the evening 🔥
