Hooping allows you to sink into your body, slow down, and unwind for a while.
It is a beautiful way to develop spatial awareness and to learn to move freely and with joy.
The last 7 years, Sianaflow's passion for hoop dance has only gotten stronger. Next to her performances with fire and light, daily hooping brings her into a meditative "flow state" where she merges with the music and is fully present. By giving hoop workshops, she able to share the love for movement meditation in a fun way.
Did you know you can hoop with up to 6 hoops?
During this intensive, we'll learn more about multiple hoops flow, cool shapes, and how to engage your body in the space while hooping. All levels welcome!
