Collectief Piloot
Collectief Piloot investigates how digital navigation systems such as Google Maps influence our movement behavior. How do we relate to the world when technology shows us the way? Do we still dare to get lost? And how does navigation change for people for whom not all roads are equally accessible? We are looking for alternative, forgotten, or renewed ways of orienting ourselves, in which we not only traverse our environment but also observe it attentively and dare to engage with it on a deeper level.
As part of this research, we are organizing panel discussions in Broei, where we collect stories about getting lost, finding our way, and orienting ourselves in a world that is self-evident to some but feels like a maze to others. These insights form the basis for a theater performance that further explores and depicts the theme. The play “Piloot” will be performed in Broei at the end of October.
