Blikkenwerpers is a participatory art project for young creators and volunteers between the ages of 18 and 30. Here, artists, performers, and creative thinkers are given the space to experiment with a liberal theme. At the same time, young organizational talents step in behind the scenes to shape everything from exhibitions to events.

Anything goes: from visual and applied arts to drama, drag, music, and poetry. Every art discipline and every level of experience is welcome. This mix ensures that Blikkenwerpers grows into a vibrant arts festival, featuring live events such as performances, music nights, poetry slams, and What the Drag?!.
