Every week in September, Mottainai collects leftover food from restaurant, supermarkets or local . Cooking with leftovers, using every part of an ingredient, and learning how to preserve leftovers longer by fermenting them—we do it all in this workshop!

Afterwards, we can enjoy what we have cooked together.
