Welcome, Friday evening in Ghent for our CONTACT IMPRO JAM! We meet into dance, joining an open, mixed level jam space to train, explore and celebrate the practice of contact improvisation.

Doors open & arrival: 19:00
Guided warm-up: 19:30
Followed by an open jam space
Closing circle: 21:30
Contribution: sliding scale €10–€20

ABOUT A CONTACT IMPRO JAM
● a jam is a co-responsibility space to dance, train, deepen and celebrate the practice of contact improvisation (CI)(it is not a class)
● CI starts from the exploration of physical laws and forces while moving through space, in physical contact with someone else, sharing and carrying weight along the way
● dancing can happen in duo's, trio's, alone or with the whole space and group and can last short or long
● all levels of experience are welcome
