Workshop 2: Interviewing techniques & finishing concept
In our first session, we started shaping podcast ideas and exploring different concepts. This time, we’re taking things to the next level. Are you ready to bring your concept to life?
We’ll kick things off with a fun speed-dating exercise:
Interview each other and discover something surprising — something no one in the group knows yet! Then, introduce your partner to the group. This is more than just small talk: it’s about really listening, connecting, and asking the right questions.

Practice active listening: Go beyond yes/no questions
Learn what makes a strong interview
Listen to inspiring podcast examples (from around the world)
Fine-tune your podcast concept or theme
Prepare great interview questions (conversation starters!)
Voice warm-up & speaking exercises
Interview someone at Broei (in pairs – real-world practice!)
